Accelerometers
Helitune are able to supply a wide variety of accelerometers to suit the requirements of any vibration task. Specifically designed for Helitune, the H901 accelerometer is the ideal general purpose device. It is perfectly suited for the collection of rotor balance data and vibration signatures in the range of 3Hz to 10KHz. It is small and light in weight with an operating temperature up to 120 degrees Celsius.

Accelerometers for use in high temperature environments are available for use alongside the H901 balance accelerometers. High temperature cable and external conditioning allows Helitune to supply devises suitable for use at soak temperature ranges up to 250, 400 and 600 degrees Celsius.

The availability of High Frequency accelerometers allows the customer to make full use of a suitably configured Rotortuner system. Accelerometers are available to allow data collection at up to 30KHz.
|
Accelerometers should be mounted to the machine using purpose designed bracketry and torque loaded to the correct value. Failure to do this could result in false values being measured.
