To all operators using the EHT-20 Hand Held Terminal with any of the following Helitune equipments:
C. Changes/Reason
The EHT-20 Hand Held Terminal, first introduced into service in 1995, has been withdrawn from production by the manufacturer. Helitune stock of new EHT-20’s is now fully depleted and as a consequence the EHT-20 is declared obsolete. Helitune regrets it will no longer be able to supply new EHT-20 Terminals for use with SC1 Precision Balancer, Rotortuner-1000 or Rotortuner-2000 systems.
D. Support / Service
Helitune will continue to offer repair and support services for existing in-field EHT-20 Hand Held Terminals whilst spare parts remain available.
The EHT-20 is not compatible with RT2000 or RT Balancer systems operating Version 4.22SR1 Firmware or later.
E. Compliance / Action
No immediate action is required by customers.
RT1000 / 2000 users are able to upgrade the EHT-20 to the Voyager Hand Held System Controller with Firmware 4.22SR1. SC1 Precision Balancer operators can upgrade to RT Balancer.

F. Quality
Relevant Helitune documentation is in the process of being amended to reflect the revised part number. Customers manuals and Application Notes will be amended as part of any system upgrade.
